Please read these terms carefully before participating in Colloquium 2026.
By registering for and participating in Colloquium 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions listed below. These terms apply to all participants across all events.
Participants must register for events through the official Google Form provided by the organizers. Upon successful submission, participants will receive a confirmation along with a unique QR code linked to their registration.
After receiving the QR code, participants are required to scan it and send a clear screenshot of the scanned QR code to the respective event organizers. This step is mandatory to confirm your participation slot.
On the day of the event, all participants must complete in-person registration at the designated registration desk located within the college campus. Participants should carry a valid ID and their QR code for verification.
All registration fees, if applicable, are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, failure to attend, or disqualification.
Participants agree to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers for each individual event. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate disqualification without any refund or appeal.
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, rules, venue, or any other aspect of the event at any time, as deemed necessary. Participants will be informed of major changes where possible.
Participants acknowledge and accept that the event organizers and Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Participants are advised to take care of their own valuables.
By registering for and participating in any event under Colloquium 2026, participants fully acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the participant and the organizers.
